By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Madeira Canyoning Center is operated by Desafio Catita Unipessoal, a brand of Madeira Climbing Center. Please read these terms carefully before booking.

Our Services

We provide professional canyoning tours and outdoor adventure experiences in Madeira, Portugal. Our services include:

Guided canyoning tours with certified guides
All necessary safety equipment (helmet, wetsuit, harness)
Insurance coverage during the activity

Booking & Payment

When you book a tour with us:

A deposit or full payment is required to secure your booking
Payment is processed securely through Stripe
You will receive a confirmation email with tour details
Final payment (if applicable) must be made before the tour date

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 48 hours before tour: Full refund
Cancellations 24-48 hours before tour: 50% refund
Cancellations less than 24 hours before tour: No refund
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather or safety concerns (full refund provided)

Safety & Liability

Canyoning is an adventure sport that involves inherent risks. By participating:

You acknowledge and accept the risks involved
You confirm you are in good health and physical condition
You agree to follow all safety instructions from your guide
You release Madeira Canyoning Center from liability for accidents beyond our control

Participation Requirements

Minimum age: 8 years old (parental consent required for minors)
Must be able to swim and be comfortable in water
Not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with serious medical conditions

Weather Conditions

Tours are subject to weather and water conditions. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel tours for safety reasons. In case of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or can reschedule for another date.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, are owned by Madeira Climbing Center (Desafio Catita Unipessoal) and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
