Level 3 canyoning is still accessible to almost everyone, with physical demands very similar to Level 2. The main difference is mental challenge, not physical difficulty. The rappels become much higher, offering a thrilling step up while remaining fully safe and guided. Level 3 is extremely popular because it combines beautiful scenery, fun water sections, and impressive rappels, making it a rewarding challenge without being physically exhausting.
